Abstract

ÀÌ ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº ÀÌÀåÀçÀÇ Á¾·ù¿¡ µû¸¥ ±¤ÁßÇÕÇü º¹ÇÕ·¹Áø ÃæÀü ÈÄ ÁßÇÕ¼öÃàÀ» ºñ±³ÇÔÀ¸·Î½á ÁßÇÕ¼öÃà °¨¼Ò¸¦ º¸ÀÌ´Â Á» ´õ ¿ì¼öÇÑ Àç·áÀÇ Á¶ÇÕÀ» ¸ð»öÇÏ°íÀÚ ½ÃÇàµÇ¾ú´Ù. ½ºÆ®·¹ÀÎ °ÔÀÌÁö¸¦ ¾ÆÅ©¸±¸¯ ¸µ¿¡ ºÎÂøÇÏ°í strainmeter¿¡ ¿¬°áÇÑ ÈÄ °¢ ±º¿¡ µû¶ó ÀÌÀåÀç Àû¿ë ÈÄ ±¤ÁßÇÕ ÇÏ°í ÀÌÀåÀç ÁßÇÕ ÈÄ 750ÃÊ°£ ¼öÃàÀÀ·ÂÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. °á°ú´Â Repeated measures ANOVA¿Í Tukey test¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇØ Åë°èÇÐÀûÀ¸·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

1. ÀÌÀåÀ縦 »ç¿ëÇÏÁö ¾ÊÀº ±ºº¸´Ù ÀÌÀåÀ縦 »ç¿ëÇÑ ±ºÀÇ ÁßÇÕ¼öÃàÀÌ Àû¾úÀ¸³ª IonositÀ» »ç¿ëÇÑ ±º¿¡¼­´Â À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ´Â ¾ø¾ú´Ù(p>0.05).
2, Tetric flow ¶Ç´Â Vitrebond¸¦ ÀÌÀåÀç·Î »ç¿ëÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ IonositÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ´Â °Íº¸´Ù ÁßÇÕ ¼öÃàÀÌ Àû¾ú´Ù(p<0.05).
3. Tetric flow ÀÌÀåÀ縦 ÇÑ ±ºÀº ±¤¿ø¿¡ µû¸¥ ¼öÃà·ÂÀÇ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ Àû¾ú°í Vitrebond¿Í Ionosit ÀÌÀåÀ縦 ÇÑ ±ºÀº ÇÒ·Î°Õ ±¤¿øº¸´Ù LED ±¤¿ø¿¡¼­ ¼öÃàÀÀ·ÂÀÌ ÄÇÀ¸³ª À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ´Â ¾ø¾ú´Ù(p>0.05).

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the polymerization contraction of composite resin(Tetric ceram {(R)}, Ivoclar Vivadent Liechtenstein) according to various liners(Tetric flow {(R)}, Ivoclar Vivadent, Liechtenstein/Ionosit {(R)}, DMG, German/ Vitrebond, {TM} 3M-ESPE, USA). The strain gauge method was used for measurement of polymerization shrinkage strain. Specimens were divided by 8 groups according to curing units and liners.
Group A, E: Tetric ceram {(R)} bulk filing, Group B, F: Tetric flow {(R)} lining, Tetric ceram {(R)} filling, Group C, G: Ionosit {(R)} lining, Tetric ceram {(R)} filling, Group D, H: Vitrebond {TM} lining, Tetric ceram {(R)} filling.
Group A, B, C and D were cured using the conventional halogen light(XL3000 {TM} 3M ESPE, USA) for 40 seconds at 400mW/cm 2. Group E, F G and H were cured using light emitted diode(LED) light(Elipar Freelight 2 {TM}, 3M-ESPE, USA) for 15 seconds at 800 mW/cm 2. Strain gauge attached to each sample was connected to a strainmeter. Measurements were recorded at each second for the total of 750 seconds including the periods of light application.
Obtained data were analyzed statistically using Repeated measures ANOVA and Tukey test.
The results of this were as follows :
1. Contraction stresses in flowable resin and glass ionomer lining group were lower than that in compomer lining group(p<0.05).
2, Contraction stresses in LED curing light groups were higher than that in halogen curing light groups, but there was no significant difference (p>0.05).
